In this series of photographic works dominated by foam and water, I endeavor to uncover the inherent vitality of mundane objects and metaphorize them as cosmic synapses. Synapses serve as channels for information transmission between neurons in the brain, giving rise to intricate and mysterious networks of structures through interconnectivity, forming an integral part of information relay. The systems of the universe and the brain exhibit similarities in appearance, composition, and the number of nodes. If the universe is likened to a living entity, then life on celestial bodies fulfills the role of synapses, enabling interstellar communication. In my works, these cosmic synapses symbolize the myriad life forms in the universe. Through the interplay of light and water, and the contrast between matter and void, everyday natural objects are endowed with new dimensions and magical vitality, revealing the hidden, minute, and wondrous universes within them. In the blink of an eye, natural objects radiate unique vitality, intertwining into a fantastical and captivating spectacle. In this photographic work, we transcend the confines of macroscopic cognition of the universe, and through scrutiny of minute objects, uncover boundless imagination and possibilities.
